Looking for one or two roommates in Corpus Christi

I live on the Island in a 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse with a boat slip paying $1300/month for rent and probably an additional $200 or so for utilities and internet. If you're looking for a place to live, it's a really nice place. It also has a spacey living area and 2 car garage!

I haven't found any roommate and it's a shame because the place is awesome. Maintenance is coming in tomorrow to replace the main kitchen sink faucet and update the sprayer. I don't have personal message capabilities but keep in contact!
