Low ASTB but above average for everything else?

I just took the ASTB this afternoon snd scored a 40 on the OAR. I'm extremely disapointed because I studied very hard for it (clearly not enough), but I plan on retaking it. I'm applying for Navy Intel, and I just want to know what kind of a shot I have at this point, with a 40 on the ASTB, 3.7 cumuluative GPA (degree in psychology), significant extra-curricular involvement and leadership experience, and very strong letters of recommendation?

When I took the ASTB, I scored a 48 and was told to retake it. They are taking guys who can score in the mid-50s and up. Your GPA may help you if you score just above a 50.
