Now that's justice and so fitting....hope the news folks pick it up and post some images of him doing his time. Lots of "pretenders" out there talking big and in some cases wearing uniforms and/or decorations never earned. Sometimes, even judges. Sad.

Judge Michael O'Brien spent 14 years as a 16th Circuit Court judge before stepping down about a decade ago in the wake of charges he falsely portrayed himself as a Medal of Honor winner. At the time, O'Brien apologized for a 20-year ruse that he won the medal, blaming a battle with alcoholism for affecting his judgment. The situation came to light when he applied in 1992 for special Illinois license plates for Medal of Honor winners.
