New ASTB Score Requirements as of March 2021

Academic Qualification Rating (AQR): 4
Pilot Flight Aptitude Rating (PFAR): 5
Flight Officer Flight Aptitude Rating (FOFAR): 5

5 on AQR and 6 on PFAR and FOFAR, they basically just reverted to what the minimums were just a few years prior, and it really doesn't change much as those with 5's are rarely picked up.

I thought USMC didn’t require any test to apply for USMC OCS (According to the officer recruiter near me). Did they change it?

They do require it for people pursuing an “Air Contract”.
