I've read on several posts that the marines are hurting for pilots. I was wondering it anyone had a reasonable prediction as to how long this need might last. I'm highly interested but I have another 11 months left on my contract with my current employers. Thanks for any help!

Who knows how long it will last. I've heard people say that the Corps will always need pilots and I have heard the opposite too. One week they can totally be hurting and in a week not need anybody at all. If you are really interested then you should contact your local Officer Selection Office and ask the OSO what is going on. They can, in my opinion, give you the best most reasonable answer to your question. Good Luck
