Marine Corps Financial Management

Hello,
I was looking on the USMC website on ground contracts and one of the CSSG areas is Financial Management. Does anyone have info on this? I was looking at this since it matches my major (BBA IN FINANCE). Any info would help thanks.

Also, Does the navy and marines accept BBA's?

depends on what you mean by "accept", do you mean will they recognize it for the purpose of meeting the requirements of commissioning? If so they yes, they will. If you mean that they will give you a specific MOS because of your major...hmm...no, I am afraid it doesn't work that way.

YEa, I meant recognize it for commissioning. I know they wont give me an MOS based on it. Thanks for your help.

come to think of it I am not even sure that is an MOS that one can select at TBS, I might be wrong, it has been a little while...

People can be, and are assigned financial management out of TBS. We had 2 in my platoon alone, both of whom went to their units to OJT first, then got TAD orders to the actual MOS school.
