Thats the Wing CG's "personal" bird. Each squadron is allowed to paint one bird with some extra "flair".
It really doesnt look that good up close

Did Marine pilots get new helmet covers too, or is this just another "custom job" for the C/O? They're starting to look like WWII fighter pilots again with that leather. I like it.
