Question. I’m currently in Navy OCS with a SNA designator. Can someone please answer when I graduate OCS will my wife be able to move with me? Will I have to live on base or can I live off base with her?

Yes, you can live off base, to be honest most flight school students do. And yes your wife can come with you.

Living off base pretty much everywhere CONUS that I know of is the standard for officers. Only the niche orders later in your career will be explicitly unaccompanied, i.e. solo orders. You can always request to live on base if housing is available, but 9/10 times it is possible to get an apartment/house rental for less than BAH and you pocket the rest. If you live on base they take all of it.
