In the PLC program, combined, may I go to MEPS and get an "air" specific physical or is it just to determine if I'm fit to be a Marine officer in general? If it's general, when can I get a flight physical to know for sure that it is all going to work out?

If you apply for PLC Air, your OSO will arrange a flight physical. If you go ground, it's just a normal physical. If there are NA/NFO billets in TBS and you're a ground contract, you will get a flight physical during TBS.
