Yes, it is a timing out issue. So no one else is having this problem? Maybe I should just try it from another computer.

Sorry, if you can't open it, copy and pate into the address field of your browser. If it doesn't come up, start removing sections before the " / ".+

In other words, if you remove the /newy/, it will take you to the all location page. if that doesn't work, delete the /meps/newy and you'll be at the main MEPS page. You can navigate back in from there.
