Is there an option for getting a car loan where they directly take out the money for the payment. I know some banks have it, I was wondering if the military does.

"Military" I would say no. That is something that can be done through our financial institution of choice. Now that you're active duty military, you qualify to use USAA. I highly recommend them, as do many others on this site. They can take your payment out of your check if you wish, and lots of other banks can too.
USAA had ( not sure if they still do ) a 20k vehicle loan at around 4% if I remember correctly. Lots of the guys I commissioned with took it for their ensign mobiles. USAA just automatically takes the payment out of your checking acount.
