Moving after OCS

3 in the green

I am headed to OCS Sept 30. My wife is considering moving home with her family while I am gone. Had a few questions about moving in the military.......
1. Does the Navy Pay to move you after OCS? (We will be headed to Flight School in Florida)
2. If we put our stuff in a storage unit while I am gone when she heads home to her parents will the Navy move us from a "storage unit."
3. If we opt for the alternative and take all of our stuff to my inlaws place will the Navy move us from their house?

Just trying to make the best decision and get my wife in the best possible spot before I leave. Thanks!

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) Maybe. Basically, the Navy will move you from your home of record to your first permanent duty station. However, if they can move your stuff from your inlaws' at no additional cost to the government (i.e., your inlaws don't live any farther from Pensacola than you do), you can work something out. It's just based on mileage.
