Multiple SF-86's

I recently completed an SF-86 through E-QIP for work and have already had my interview with an OPM agent. A few weeks later I filled out my NASSIS SF-86 for my OCS packet. Will I have to have another interview concerning my NASSIS SF-86, or will DONCAF, or whoever finalizes the Navy's clearances, already see that DISCO has handled my secret clearance?

I asked my recruiter and my FSO at work about having 2 SF-86s in the system and they have not run into this one yet. Specifically, would submitting the NASSIS one cancel my DISCO paperwork / clearance?

I had to fill out paperwork for my application even though I already have a clearance for the last 9yrs. Just part of the process.
