Hey all,
For those of you about to take the ASTB and are studying just thought I'd give you my gouge. DON'T FREAK OUT! I found the test to be much easier than I was expecting. And that is coming from a Marine Option PoliSci major. I spent about 2-3 hours a night for one week studying with the Barons book (blue and white one?) and after taking the test I felt like I had WAY over studied.
Electronic Form 4
8/8/7/64
Pure BFM if you ask me haha
In any case, I thought the Baron's book was the best study source I could have used. I had two other books, the Officer Test's for Dummies and the Clif's Notes one I think. But I will say this, DO utilize the DoD online library practice tests that have been linked on here before. Those, combined with about a week of brushing up on my math and physics from the book, and you should be set. Again don't psych yourself out, go play some flight sim x to learn the spatial aptitude, and you'll be fine. PM me if you guys have any questions. I'm nothing special, but I'm happy to help if possible.
Good luck to everyone else, especially all the other 2015 grads out there!
