1. There is a whole big fat thread that this should go to.
2. You could probably scroll through said thread and see where you sit in the bunch.
3. Your ASTB is only part of a package. People do have a higher scores than you but the ASTB isn't the only thing that is reviewed in your package.

Everyone on here's pretty much going to say that 1) its a whole person thing, not just the astb (which is very true) and 2) you won't know till you apply.
You also didn't state communities, but I'd definitely apply with those and if not selected retake immediately and then reapply immediately (improved scores gets you out out of waiting 6 months to reapply).

I got in with a 5 6 6 50. What do you think meathead?
