One passenger wrote that she and other women were groped, and that some of the midshipmen offered alcohol to teenage girls on the cruise.

I'm wondering why they were outed as being midshipmen? Clearly these guys weren't interested in keeping a low profile.....it may be a media-fueled over-reaction but it sounds like they were asking for it....

My roommate was one of the Midshipmen on the boat. They were identified because on the formal night they were wearing choker whites.

Thankfully my buddy was in the group of Midshipmen who were mentioned as being gentlemen and also smart enough not to wear their uniforms.
