I don't know if anyone has saw this yet - but CNO has published the "Naval Aviation Enterprise Vision 2020" document. It provides status and roadmap for the mission, vision, capabilities and threats - as well as overview of every aircraft and weapon platform in Naval Aviation.
A must read for anyone - enlisted to officer - layman or professional. If I was an SNA I'd have a copy in the head and on my coffee table.
