So I am new to all and trying to figure some things out before finishing up my OCS application, and I had a few questions.
My main goal is to secure a pilot slot, but do you go to OCS knowing you have one waiting on you. Also, I believe a pilot contract is 8 years? Is that something you discuss before you go to OCS or something you do when you complete flight training. My officer recruiter has been quite fuzzy on these details which is why I am asking here.
