Navy OCS immediate selection ship date

I'm currently in the process of submitting a package for CW immediate selection. I asked my recruiter when my ship date could be if I get selected. He didn't he wasn't sure and that OCS is full until end of year. Does anyone here have any idea what a realistic OCS date would be if I submitted my package in the next couple weeks?
Also if I'm not happy with my ship date, could I reject the immediate selection and instead send my package to the board to get a later ship date?

No one knows beforehand, you’ll find out once your recruiter tells you of your I select status.
