Your are in the wrong site. here you go
http://www.cnrc.navy.mil/Program-Authorizations.htm

This is the official navy requirments site by program. It will give you all details by program ie degree, age, interviews, GPA minimal, ASTB/OAR minimal. Get with your OR.

This is the best place to look, now that being said just because the PA is there doesn't mean it is something that it is available or that there are many spots, for instance several designators while technically open to all have rec'd further guidance that restricts selection.
