Navy Research summer internship for college student????

I am a non-military college student, I want to apply for the Navy Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP) for the Summer in 2018. I'm eligible for the program but I can't find any information about it but how competitive the internship is?
Which Lab choices am I more likely to be accepted in?
Any details about it are much appreciated.
