NBQ, anyone know what this stands for?

When I sent in my application last week it had "NBQ" for the reason I was not selected the first time, and of course I did not ask the recruiter what it meant at the time and now he is out of town. Purely for my curiosity, I was just wondering what this stood for, anybody out there know?
