I talked with my officer recruiter today (before taking the ASTB) and he mentioned that they are only "days away" from getting rid of the current ASTB format and making it computerized (currently you mark answers on a scantron). He mentioned this after I told him I had studied a study guide from this site.

I'm not sure if this also means they will be changing the questions or not, but I would imagine that even if they do they will still be similar to the practice ASTB on this site (which is very very similar to the actual test). Anyway, just a heads up.

Great post, but old news.....BTW, the Navy is NOT forcing anyone to take the electronic format (called APEX). Please read some of the other forums. This topic is discussed in detail.
