Good catch! I didn't even catch that glancing at the pic. Yeah... if it got back to him, I'm sure his aide got a nice little "talk". I remember after OCS, putting my ENS uniforms together for the first time, and had to take a second to think about it, plus a little help from google pics
But I agree with CM. I use my perma-holes to re-pin after a wash, or check out my old cover before swapping insignia to a new cover. I mean, you can just also remember crest goes on clean side. I also have a habit of "adjusting" the front of my cover, after I throw it on, feeling the crest and bar with my thumb and finger to ensure nothing got ripped off in my flight suit and that my cover isn't on backward.
