Newport PRT Running Course

I'm still in the "considering OCS" phase, but I was wondering if anyone could describe the course used for the running portion of the PRT at Newport - mostly uphill, mostly downhill, some of both, flat, etc. 1.5 miles isn't far at all, of course, so the course itself won't really make a huge difference for anyone who's adequately prepared, but I'd like to match my training as closely as I can to what's really encountered.

Thank you

Like you just said it's not going to matter if you're prepared, just run, be in killer shape and then it doesn't matter what you're running on when you get there. Best of luck.

Or you could just answer his question. It's a flat .75 mile each way road course. At least it was a year ago, they could have changed it.

Well the o-course basically just involves a sand pit, hula hoops, sack race and sprint finish right?

no back in class this day and back to the grind, gay ass finance classes all being night classes i basically do all my work around that time. Atleast my job is being a student and not hunting shit interships. I mean the great finance market for jobs there is right now. Im sure Citi group needs employees. ill just keep rocking fratstar as long as possible and oh i dono clac losses on possible whips i can buy or something. "oh yeah and training for ocs" or just getting ready for beach this summer.
