Does anyone know what the current MCO 1040.43A states about prior enlisted maxium age waviers for NFO. I was told by active duty pilots in my squadron that they know of people who got into flight training at 33 yrs old and winged at 35. Is this true?

"Waivers for aviation applicants will be considered up to age 29 as of the date of commissioning."

Being prior enlisted though...you might be able to work something. Never hurts to ask the OSO.

It is not less than 30 at time of commissioning, 24 month waiver for prior AD. But as someone said, do not take my word for it, which is given in good faith, but rules may have changed yesterday. Check and verify.
