Why would there be. The reason for a multi-engine rating in fixed wing is asymetric thrust, etc etc etc. Something helos will not experience (loss of tail rotor is not the same thing, that's covered by your training).
the rudder pedals control disk angle (hence yaw control) on the tandem rotors, whereas in a single tail rotor helo, the rudder pedals control tail rotor blade angle and thrust.
