I know a lot of people this holiday season are searching for the Nintendo Wii. Online they are going for a $200 dollar profit at a minimum; I know, I have sold a few. I wanted to give you all some insider info: All stores have been allocated a shipment of Wii's to be delivered in the next week. It is the largest shipment to the particular store I know about that I have ever heard of. So hold off on buying on ebay And pay special attention to Ads or make a few extra trips to stores.

I've been trying to get one for my little sister for Christmas for months with no luck and right now I'm underway and won't be back on dry land for atleast a week. So I'll miss out on this "big shipment." I have a paypal account and can transfer money to someone that way.....any takers?

It was so funny during the launch of the wii, I was in a-pool and I waited in line the whole night to get my wii with my copy of Zelda, they only had 25 for the launch... there was only 22 of us come opening time; Also people were trying to make profits with ebay and they weren't getting the profits like they were with the 360. Now we are going on a year plus and they are hard to find... funny

yeah, apparently Nintendo never expected the Wii to take off as well it did, so first year production numbers were grossly under what the sales are doing. They just started to get caught up when the holiday season came around.

The Wii is just plain fun, and I'm sure that's the main draw for a lot of people. I bought mine because it seemed like it would be fun to play, and while that's true, I can't have people over without turning the thing on. Drunken Wii is one of the better party games out there.

Sony tried to copy some of this succes with SiAxis on the PS3, but it's poorly done and a pain in the ass to use. It's no wonder they've paid to re-license the rumble feature and are going to replace the Siaxis with the new controllers for future PS3 shipments (not sure when that will begin).

My wife was able to snag one at the exchange about two weeks ago (on her first try).
Just keep checking when they open during the week.
(It being on base and going during the work week tend to better your chances against crowds).

We've had a Wii for a couple months now and are waiting for the Wii Fit (out in Japan now) to come out in the States. You use a little pad and there is even a snowboarding game (that's what we're waiting for).

Wow, the Wii fit can have only two effects, one is to make fat kids really self-conscious and hopefully make them want to exercise legitimately... or two, give them a new excuse not to go outside because they can exercise with their video games... yay obesity.
