The market in Norfolk(well, everywhere) is really slow, so we've reduced the rent to $1850/month. Yard work can be included, price to be negotiated.
My husband and 2 roommates lived in this house as SNAs. We lived as a married couple with a roommate here and then started our family in this house. It really works for many situations. This house can easily fit 3 roommates, it has large living areas and bedrooms.
The best part of this house is the neighborhood which can be a concern in Norfolk. PM me for any questions and I can have my husband also talk with anyone. We are willing to work with lease lengths, move-in dates, deposits, etc. since we know what military life is like.
