NROTC to Army Commission?

I was talking with an Air Force cadet at my school. He said all commisioning seniors this year had the option to select a later transfer to an army commission upon graduation. He said it was due to a surplus of Air Force officers and a shortage of Army officers. Has anyone heard if the same could happen for us Navy grads in the coming years. This is an option that interests me..If I don't get selected SNA i'd rather be an army officer than a SWO or NFO

Stay in NROTC and go Marine Option, you will be muhc happier than in the Army.
Though the Academies can commisoin in all services I have not heard of ROTC doing this as well, nothing is impossible though.

that may be your opinion, but it's probably best left said internally.
