OAR study guide

Hello everyone,
I'm an AD LS2, I'm trying to start my OCS package for IP or Intel, I took the OAR the first time in January without studying and got 40 and I retook it today and got a 37. I'm so disappointed at myself. I know I have one last chance. Does anyone know any study guide that can help me improve my score?
