How hard is the OAR? I am assisting my wife with her package and she is getting ready to take the tests. She has been on active duty for 9 years already, so I'm wondering what level the test is at. I was also wondering if anyone could give me any advice on what weighs the most when the selection board looks at your package. Thanks.

The test isnt very hard if you spend a little time studying. The gouge on this website and the Arco books are great to prep for the test.

As far as what the board looks for....

They really do look at the whole package. With your wife being prior enlisted it will help out. They look at GPA, OAR, experience, LORs, etc....
