OCS BAH-II, Diff, BAH, WTF?

so i was reading up on some of the more pragmatic aspects of Navy life, (I swore in last week with an OCS date of April 6), when I began to read about BAH in PCOLA. I am hoping for the "normal" BAH upon arrival there, but the more I read, the more I think I will be getting far less $$$. Are there any steps I can take before leaving for OCS to help me attain the standard BAH upon arrival in PCOLA? BTW, what is the mentality behind subdividing BAH into 3 or 4 catergories, shouldn't it just be BAH? Somewhat rhetorical, I know, but there has to be some sort of thought process.

Slow down tiger, first off, SNA or SNFO? Married or Single? Prior or not? Big difference in how those are answered.
Second off, due to PSD being the helpful folks that they are I have collected $-35.13 in BAH in my stay here in Pensacola. That's right, I've paid back. I'll have that all sorted out once I get to Corpus, but my point is, I'm here, alive and kicking with enough money to eat.
