I am sure many of you have already went through OCS. I was wondering if anyone could tell me thier package writing process. I am looking for some pointers to put in my package. Can anyone help?

I would suggest using the search function, where you will more information than you probably want on this very topic. I did not attend OCS, so I can't help you much in that respect.
I would also suggest not listing your full name and unit, it's just not a safe thing to do.
