OCS vs. CWO

Hello all! I am an E-7 with 13 years of service and am 32 years old. I recently completed my bachelor's of science degree and was looking to commission. What are the chances a TIS waiver would be approved if I wanted to submit an OCS package for AMDO? I am just becoming out of my window for LDO but am eligible for CWO this next year. Would it be worth my time to submit an OCS package or just put my effort into a CWO package this next fall?

Have you taken the OAR? That’s honestly the first step for AMDO. If you can’t get the score then you have your answer. OAR, GPA, degree, Evals. If all four are good then the only focus is getting over TIS. Just know there are many applicants already working on their masters and under 10 years TIS. Very competitive selection. Personally I would go CWO, but I’ll apply for whatever I can until they tell me to stop.

AMDO has no TIS restriction in the PA.
