I am just curious. Is there anyone out there, besides myself, who got a waiver for OCS?

Maybe I should clear some things up......is there anyone who is a Seaman to Admiral, prior enlisted person, who put in for an OCS waiver and got it approved? Not STA-21, but the STA Legacy program.
