I'd say this is one awesome doc. He volunteered to go to Iraq with 1/8 and ended up in Fallujah. Did some great stuff and was awarded the Bronze Star.

Articles a bit long, but a great read. It'll be in the next (if not already out) issue of Newsweek.

Yeah, that guy is featured in the latest Newsweek, with lots of profiles of the Marines he saved and the corpsmen he worked with, I'd reccomend picking up a copy... Incredible story. He's the first Navy Dr. of the Iraq War awarded the Bronze Star. Thanks for the post.

Great article. Should of gotten the CMO in my opinion. Maybe not mine but ask the Marines and Navy folks (at least onbe SEAL) he saved.
