Does a recruiter write anything about their experience with an applicant before submitting a package? Do they submit a report on the applicant?

Yes my recruiter sent me an unfinished version of my package while she was finalizing it and she wrote a paragraph about her experience with me, it’s under the officer recruiters remarks portion

Yes, the Application Processing and Summary Record has a section at the end for your OR to write down any remarks. The APSR is also where you will include your motivational statement.

Not sure, that is a pretty good question, some recruiters are better than others when handling paperwork and pushing things through..

They absolutely do, There is a section on one of your forms (I believe the motivational statement paper) where the recruiter inputs his/her evaluation and character analysis of you. The best advice i can give you is to treat it like a job interview. From the moment you first contact your recruiter, from the moment you first walk into your recruiters office until you leave for OCS you are being evaluated. Always be respectful, professional, prompt, and move with a sense of urgency. When your recruiter give you deadlines meet those deadlines. Make sure your appearance is squared away. I recommend being in business casual clothing everytime you go to your recruiters office. Be proactive about the entire process because again you're constantly being evaluated (and it's your career and future). And always remember no matter how good you look on paper, if your recruiters interaction and analysis of you is poor that will greatly affect your package in a negative way. If you're recruiter doesn't deem you to have "officer potential" they can stop your processing at any time.
