Pay/benefits at OCS

Hey everyone, I've got a couple of OCS questions that I'm hoping you can help me out with. Here they are:

1. Do inactive reserve years count toward pay (as in 5 active +3 inactive = 8)?
2. Do married candidates get BAH while in OCS? If so, for what area?
3. When would my wife be eligible for health insurance?

1. Sorry not sure on that one
2. Yes, for wherever your HOR zip code is. It's assumed your wife is there.
3. Yes, you get her into DEERS and signed up for insurance right away the first week.
