Does anybody know who in Millington we call for pay problems, I got married a month ago and had my wife enterred into DEERS earlier this month and my pay wasn't changed. I called my OSO but they take forever to do stuff, also I would like to start doing stuff myself and help would be appreciated... Ky

I find the most effective way to solve money problems is with a crowbar, and a threatening tone. Hope this helps

You might want to try this site. http://www.psasd.navy.mil/

Find out which PSD you are and call them. From what I understand they can really help you out. Also I don't think pay is done in Milligton, it is done somewhere in cleaveland, at least that's what my recruiter said.

Congratulations on your marriage. (And visit NavyBDCP.com )

Yeah, your closest PSD is where you need to go. Actually you'll probably have to call them, but they're the ones who can help you out. If she is in DEERS I would think things should be easy to fix.

When you find out which PSD you are attached to, give them a call and get a NAME. Be polite (the last thing you want to do is ruffle feathers) explain the situation, what you have done to date and ask them what you need to do to fix the problem. Follow up in 2-3 days, by contacting the same person. Big picture is if you are not located in close proximity to your PSD it is very 'easy' for your problem to be of little or no concern to the YN2 or PN2 that is probably responsible for getting your pay squared away.
(Are you sure they have a certified copy of your marriage lic? That would seem to be the biggest potential problem.....just a guess.)

Anyway...good luck. and congrats on your marriage

I appreciate guys, when I thought that when I got her i.d. made that that would take care of things... is there something else I have to do. I tried that web site, but I could not find the one for Cleveland (sp?). I'm going to rummage around and see if I can get a number.
