My roommate is moving to Vance for primary. I'm looking to rent his room out. It is a new apartment with all of the upscale amenities at Governor's Gate (phase 2).

$450/month Split utilities

-Gated apartment complex
-9 foot ceilings w/crown molding
-Fireplace
-Tile floors
-Nice kitchen with island
-Bedroom has its own bath and walk in closet
