Physical Test Info

So I have taken my ASTB and passed my PT now the only step the recruiter says I need to take with him is a physical test. He says the test lasts for about 4 hours but little else has been said. I just had a couple questions about the test itself.
1st what kind of tests should i be looking for, i.e. eye exam, drug test, physical flexibility?
2nd is there anything that I need to worry about? I am in pretty good physical shape and have never had any problems in the past (have passed many physicals for college sports etc.)
3rd if there is anything I need to worry about, what can I do to prepare?
Thanks!

Yeah, well. The Dude abides.
1) All of the above (and more). It is a little more than a sports physical, but not by much. They take a sample of blood, urine, blood pressure, pulse, eyes, hearing, flexibility, etc...
2) No
3) Don't stress out about it

Sounds like a trip to your local MEPS. Look it up, you'll find plenty of info on this site. You have nothing to be worried about if you don't do drugs and are a normal human.

Don't forget the series of lie-detector tests. ;)

There are some things you can do to help prepare depending on what your weakness may be, but you should be good to go. Do you have any waiver info you need to bring?

Just so you're aware, the blood test only checks for HIV, nothing else.

Emphasis on the don't stress, I had a rough morning prior to my visit and my blood pressure and pulse rate were high. Now I have to do all the paperwork and waivers associated with that, even though when I get it checked on a regular day everything is normal.

Good point. Brings us to the "don't be late" to MEPS part. :) Leave with enough time to get there early ("on time") without speeding.

It's mind games!
I would also suggest wearing boxer briefs, as boxers don't exactly "hold" your junk in while doing the duck walk and the various other wonderful exercises that you will get to partake in while visiting MEPS.
