PLC Large & Small Bag Items

Does anyone have the list of items issued in the large & small bags at PLC? (Or at OCS if it's similar to PLC?). I'm trying to figure out what I should buy beforehand that would be useful but also avoid getting anything that I'd have to purchase later. Thanks!
