Please help me understand the waiver process

My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but I have been browsing for a while and I can't seem to find the specific information I'm looking for. I was PQd at MEPS, and then PQd by Recruiting Command for everything except SNA/NFO, pending a waiver for my "asthma". So I followed the NAMI waiver guide, got the tests done, and got the waiver.

So here is my question:

Does this mean I have a bona fide flight waiver, not just a commissioning waiver? In other words, does this mean I am safe from NPQ for asthma at OCS unless I somehow develop asthma while I'm there?

You will get an actual flight physical while you're at OCS. From there that will determine if you're medically qualified for SNA or SNFO duty.

In the medical thread they have said they have tightened up the looking at asthma, I saw several who had rec'd waivers for asthma get sunk by NAMI during the flight physical
