This could be useful to some of you preparing for OCS at least two months in the future. I'm not reporting until 25 MAR 06 for OCC 13-06, so I had some extra time to train. I graduated in December and lessened my hours at the office from 40 to 15 so I can really focus on my PT development.
I started training about a month ago with an incredible personal trainer who has tailored the program for OCS (efficient cardio, max pushups and crunches, etc.) in addition to leaning body fat and increasing muscle mass. The experience has been extraordinary and I just wanted to pass on the idea to those who have the a similar preparatory opportunity.
It's expensive but undoubtedly the best money I've ever spent. I feel (most important) and look (less important, but motivating) better than ever and am super-motivated to report. Good luck!
