- My Uncle received this letter when he swore into the Navy in the 1960s. This seems so traditional and outdated to me. I wish the Navy still did this. As far as I know, they sent my parents nothing. I swore in and went on my merry way.
- By the way, I guess they are still correct about the Superman thing; my sorry ass slipped through the radar.:eek:
- 1/1500? I wonder if the guy just ripped that number out of his @ss.

Forget it. I don't know what's going on with this thing.

I'll get the picture to work, then I'll come back later and it's gone.
