Pro-rec'd and regular Pick-up

recently i have seen some kinda trend that maybe others who weren't reviewing the same thread have.

I have seen alot of instances where guys got Pro-rec'd, for instance sna and nfo. Are there different "boards" for personnel applying to ocs that aren't going until they graduate college? Are there boards just for guys applying for sna or nfo that already have a degree or are they thrown in the mix together whenever the board selects the personnel for what there job will be if they get selected?

in other words will a person applying for ocs that has a degree be in competion for a sna slot against another individual who will not graduate for another 8 months to a year? it really doesn't make sense that they would do that but i was wondering if anyone knew.

I think they all go to the same board. The only exception would be the BDCP people.
The difference between someone with a degree and someone w/o a degree would be that their OCS date would be scheduled for after their graduation where as someone who already had a degree could leave right away.
