question about IFS

So me and a couple of other guys just started IFS and after the in-brief I was wondering what happens should you not log in to the website as required every day but no more than 6 days.
I can't imagine them getting to riled up over a few days but what about over 6? Is it that big of a deal or anyone know what happens?

They won't get riled up really... The IFS website's mailer-daemon just sendw you a friendly reminder to log in. That and they can tell that you're not logging in. If it becomes a recurring theme, you might get a call from the IFS office.

*The mailer-daemon will also send you an email if you don't log a flight for more than 3 days.

My advice: try to log-in every day. It only takes a minute or two. And if you're flying that day, you gotta log in anyways.

Yeah that was my experience too. Everyone I went through with had got messages about logging hours within 3 days, and a few got the 6 day deally. But it was nothing more than reminder emails. I could imagine exessive abuse of this would warrant further action.

Agree with all above...logging in is like the way you muster...and I just happen to believe its a lot better than showing up at NAS every day...

I just avoided the issue altogether by logging in every day, regardless of whether you have any time to log. I think you'll only start getting nastygrams after 6 days of not logging any activity; I never had trouble with that since it seemed like most of my flights got cancelled...

My IFS POC at the unit here says that he gets an email if I dont logg in everyday, eventhough it says on the site every other day. But I dont think anything major happens, but like already said, it doesnt take much to logg in.
