Not looking forward to the cold a$$ weather i know will be waiting for me at Newport Rhode Island but welcome the beat downs and the pain. I am curious if anyone knows how much time we will spend out there in the freezing a$$ cold from Jan-Mar (if there are any others who attended OCS @ Newport. in the early months of the year).

Also i wanted to see how many people we have going there and maybe this might be a time for folks who will be going down certain pipelines to get aquainted and let everyone know where they are headed.

Are you a member of NavyOCS? -They have a forum on each new class and they normally make plans (travel, dinner before, and so forth). From what I understand they also normally make a facebook page for each OCS class. I checked and they haven't made a Jan 4th one on NavyOCS yet, but I'm sure they will before December.

right on, i am a memeber, signed up right after my captain called me in his officer to congradulate me..... what a day that was.

good thinking by the way, just wanted to see if any of my SNFO brothers who'd be classing up with me in OCS would be on here.
