Reserves EDO Community Interviews

Hello,

I wanted to reach out and ask if anyone may be able to provide advice or guidance as to how to prepare for the community interviews when applying for EDO? Are there sample questions available that can be used for practice?

I am currently applying for the Reserves EDO and have interviews scheduled with several O-5s and O-6s. I’ve spoke to other members who are currently part of the community and they have advised me to emphasize my leadership and teamwork abilities. However I wanted to reach out here and ask if anyone may have more insight as to how the questions might be worded during the interview or if there are other areas that the interviewer might assess?
